You need to remove oil from the deep fryer after each use, strain it and store it correctly until the next time.
Using the clean-out rod, dislodge any large debris that may have plugged the drain. Place the return hose nozzle into the fryer before turning the filter machine on. Flip the toggle switch on the front of the machine up to start the pump. Use the recirculating oil to wash down any debris in the fryer. If oil remains, often as a sticky film, it can be removed with baking soda. Mix baking soda with a small amount of water to make a paste. And then use Steel filter stand to help you filter oil. Cooking oil will last longer and produce better results if restaurants follow three basic rules: keep it clean, keep it at the right temperature and keep a watchful eye on it. Deep fryer oil should be changed after 6-8 uses for non-breaded vegetables & 2-4 uses for breaded items or fatty meats & fish. Peanut oil and canola oil are ideal for use in deep fryers because of their high smoke points. With peanut oil's smoke point at 450 degrees Fahrenheit and canola oil's at 400 degrees Fahrenheit, these two oils can remain stable throughout your frying process.
